Pricing FAQ
- Are model API costs included in the price?
- Yes. FundMemo owns and manages every model API key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Perplexity — and model usage is included in your per-seat subscription. Owning the keys lets us push model upgrades, fall back across providers when one is degraded, and handle billing disputes with vendors directly so your underwriters never have to.
- Is there a free trial?
- We don't offer a self-serve free trial because every deployment is tenant-isolated. The Pilot plan is our trial — three months, up to three underwriters, on your real deal flow.
- Can we start small and expand?
- Yes. Most teams begin on Pilot, then move to Desk once two or three underwriters are using FundMemo daily. We'll prorate the upgrade and credit unused Pilot time.
- Do you offer discounts for funders running multiple ISOs or desks?
- Yes — Enterprise pricing is volume-based across all desks under one parent org. Contact us with seat count and monthly deal volume for a quote.
- How is data isolated between tenants?
- Every org gets its own Supabase project (Enterprise) or row-level-security tenant scope (Pilot / Desk). Deal data, memos, and judge outputs are never shared, and we never train models on your data.
